ACTOOLSOURCE, a manufacturer’s representative agency, services the HVAC/R and automotive wholesale distribution industry throughout Canada. Established in 1992, we work exclusively with a select number of industry-respected manufacturers, ensuring the distributor and end user have immediate access to a full line of superior service products.

We are committed to the education of the trade professional through distributor trade shows, on-site  product demonstrations, as well as college seminars.

Service of the product we represent, both in and out of warranty, is performed by ACTOOLSOURCE trained technicians. Occupying over 4000 square feet of office, service, and warehouse space, we are geographically positioned to provide prompt service throughout Canada.

Service Team

Greg joined us in 2001 as a service representative. With his background in the electrical industry, his transition into the HVAC/R industry was seamless.

Mike joined our team in 2010 as a service technician and also has an extensive background in the electrical industry, which allowed a fast adaptation to the servicing of specialty tools.

Our service team members are committed to our 3-Day policy. Under normal circumstances, any item received for service will be inspected and ready for return within 3 business days. Whether the issue is in or out of warranty, our objective is to have your equipment back in your hands within that time frame.

As of October 2022, we’re pleased to welcome Scott Bilton to our world-class service team!

Administration

Deborah Gathercole joined us in 2018 as our office manager.  She has successfully transitioned from her chosen field as a highly trained counselor to being an integral member of our team.
